A full commercial buildout for Eyeluxe Eyecare, an optical retail and eye care practice — completed in time for their grand opening and named directly in the local press coverage. Precision Builders managed the project from framing through final finishes: custom millwork, signage, lighting, and ADA-compliant construction, coordinated end to end so the space was ready on opening day.
What We Built
- Custom illuminated logo mounted on a stone feature wall
- Exterior channel-letter signage and storefront glazing with window graphics
- Custom walnut reception desk with a quartz top
- Backlit eyewear display wall with arched mirror niches and glass shelving
- Client lounge seating area and a coffee bar at reception
- Break room with floating shelves and a quartz countertop
- ADA-compliant restroom with marble tile flooring
From Framing to Finish
The arched display niches and feature walls that define the finished space started as framed drywall openings — every curve was built, finished, and painted before it became a backlit display case. The exterior sign went through fabrication and delivery before it was installed on the storefront facade.

The Finished Space

Why It Worked
A commercial buildout has a fixed deadline: opening day. As a registered supervisory general contractor (#NHC.0017593), I was personally accountable for permitting, code compliance, and every trade on this project — one point of contact from the first framed wall to the final punch list, so the project stayed on schedule.
