How We Run a Deck or Patio Project
We start with a site visit to look at grading, drainage, and how the new structure will tie into your house and yard, then walk you through material options and what they cost to build and maintain long-term. Once you approve a design, we pull the required permit, schedule the work, and supervise it start to finish, including any subcontracted trades. You’ll know the timeline and what inspections are coming before we break ground.
