How We Handle Flooring Projects
Before we quote a flooring job, we check the subfloor, uneven or damaged subfloor is the most common reason flooring fails early, and it’s not always visible until the old flooring comes up. We’ll flag that upfront rather than installing over a problem. Flooring work is also frequently bundled into kitchen and bathroom remodels, and we coordinate the sequencing so flooring goes in at the right point in the project.
